Why me?

I don't just translate the words. I understand the work they're talking about.

I've spent around 15 years restoring and rebuilding houses in Portugal. These included major interventions on old and severely deteriorated buildings, as well as interior restoration and alteration work.

I've also spent more than a decade working professionally as a translator, and I speak Portuguese fluently. That combination means I can understand both the language and the practical construction context behind it.

I'm not offering renovation, architecture, or project-management services. I provide independent communication support, helping foreign owners understand what's being proposed, ask better questions, and reduce misunderstandings with the people doing the work.
